Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
šAs Sr. Product Manager, Wallet & Payment, you are responsible for identifying opportunities, collaborating across stakeholders to develop product plans, and utilizing company processes to release product integrations to market for BCI crypto wallet and fiat payment services. In addition, you will own the front-end experiences where users will use the payment services. You also serve as an important interface with various departments within the Company. Duties include but are not limited to: šStaying constantly informed on industry standards and innovations in distributed and decentralized wallet/identity concepts and products. šIn collaboration with various stakeholders, developing the product strategy surrounding payments on the platform. šCollaborating with cross-functional collaborators to complete analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right features to drive engagement and usage. šGathering requirements and following our Product Development Process (PDP) to ensure that we are building our products in a structured and compliant manner. šCommunicating with various stakeholders ensuring that everyone has a collective understanding of the product roadmap, upcoming features, strategy, and prioritization. šCreating needed artifacts for development teams to build from, such as wireframes, user flows, customer journey maps, personas, and data flows. šOwning relationships with third-party payment integration partners. šCoordinating with Marketing, Brand, and Business Development to ensure accurate product messaging. šCollaborating with our UX team to ensure a seamless user experience that meets the defined requirements. šWorking cross-functionality within our delivery squads to ensure on-time delivery.

You can use high-level motivational skills to collaborate with virtual teams. You have in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and have led strategic crypto product development in a past role.
