Skills you should HODL

📍6+ years of Product experience, ideally leading technical product areas 📍Strong crypto knowledge and deep understanding of staking mechanics for at least 1 chain 📍Experience with passive income generating financial products 📍Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter 📍Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities 📍Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
