Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
📍Own Starlink.com conversion and funnel performance, defining KPIs and driving measurable improvements in acquisition and checkout flows 📍Lead the A/B testing and experimentation roadmap, from hypothesis development to test design, execution, and analysis 📍Partner with design and engineering to optimize website and checkout experiences, reducing friction and increasing activation 📍Build and maintain customer testing groups and research programs to incorporate direct customer feedback into product and funnel decisions 📍Develop and manage data views/dashboards using SQL and related tools to monitor funnel performance and inform prioritization 📍Collaborate with marketing to align web conversion optimization with campaign strategies 📍Drive cross-functional initiatives to simplify the subscription experience and accelerate growth in new and existing markets
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
📍Bachelor’s degree 📍7+ years of experience in product management, growth, product strategy, or e-commerce optimization 📍1+ years of experience using SQL and building data views/dashboards for funnel analysis
