Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
šDrive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs šPartner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilities šLead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements šDevelop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement šCollaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces šBuild strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams šDrive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements šIdentify and assess new opportunities for applying emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa's capabilities
What We Look For In You
šBachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent š5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management šStrong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale šExcellence in written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making šExperience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
