Job Summary
Responsibilities
šResponsible for building out a high performance sales team including hiring and training sales personnel. This includes developing a field sales action plan for the area. šAccomplishes Area office objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. šEnsure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management, and reward. šWhile training and holding a sales team accountable to a quota, the Regional Manager may also need to meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the companyās relationship with them šMaintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks. šPlan for the achievement of individual and area targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company. šReports Area KPIs to the Director, SkyTab Sales. šEstablish objectives for the sales team by forecasting and enforcing sales quotas for personnel. šResolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines area sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary. šSupports the company culture by continual reinforcement of the Shift4 Way.
