Job Summary
The opportunity
šManage, coach, and develop relationship managers to ensure they deliver consistent, high-quality service to private clients worldwide. šDrive KPIs across revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform through rigorous, data-driven analysis and proactive strategy execution. šRefine and enhance Krakenās private client and VIP offerings to ensure benefits remain impactful and competitive in the market. šServe as the executive point of contact for Krakenās top private clients, building deep relationships and trust. šDesign and execute programs and initiatives that increase client activity, trading, and assets on platform. šEstablish frameworks, tools, and enablement strategies that streamline 1:1 RM-client communications while maintaining premium quality at scale. šLeverage blockchain analytics, trading data, and client insights to inform revenue-generating initiatives and strategic decision-making. šPartner with product, marketing, and client service teams to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty.
Skills you should HODL
š8+ years of experience in relationship management, private client services, or institutional sales, including 2+ years in the crypto space. š3+ years leading and scaling sales teams, acting as a key point of contact for clients and business partners, and delivering measurable results in revenue growth, client expansion, and team performance. šProven success in evolving and managing client programs, loyalty benefits, and sales enablement tools. šHighly data-driven, with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as client portfolio revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform. šDeep understanding of trading product solutions, including sophisticated perpetual futures markets. šStrong personal network within the crypto industry, particularly across HNWI (a plus).
