šOwn and evolve the vision, strategy, and execution of Krakenās end-to-end onboarding experience. šBuild a best-in-class onboarding journey, optimized for scale across diverse global markets. šOperate as a deeply data-driven product leader: define metrics, set ambitious targets, run rigorous A/B experiments, and make sharp, informed tradeoffs. šGuide and inspire several cross-functional product teams, ensuring focus on the highest-leverage opportunities.
Skills you should HODL
š6+ years of product management experience, ideally in Growth or onboarding-focused domains. šProven track record of managing user funnels, investigating drop-offs, analyzing user behavior, generating insights, and delivering measurable improvements. šComfortable engaging in technical discussions to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth opportunities. šStrong bias for action ā consistently shipping, learning, and iterating through experimentation. šExcellent product sense with a sharp eye for simplifying UX and advocating for clean, elegant UI solutions. šDeep user empathy ā understanding user context, motivations, and behavioral patterns. šPassion for crypto and a desire to make decentralized finance accessible to the world.
