Job Summary
What you will be
šA strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer to support the growth and optimization of Nogle fintech and cryptocurrency business verticals across the world, translating business goals into a team level strategies and execution plan. šAn important cross-functional influencer to collaborate with many teams that do not directly sit in the same location as you, but are critical to the successful execution of your plan, including Business Development, Product Management, Technology, Customer Service, Marketing and many more. šA competent, decisive, and optimistic team player with potential to be a future leader of the operation project team that can rally many stakeholders to achieve a shared business goal.
What you will do
šInitiate and manage internal projects, such as introducing new internal system features or redesign internal processes to address customer and employee pain points and improve business efficiency. šCreate monitoring processes with internal stakeholders to ensure business operation is functioning well across different teams to provide good quality of service to customers. šWork with different stakeholders to make sure new projects/products are delivered with good quality within committed timeline. šDrive and provide regular updates to the leadership council on the overall business roadmap, project status, business targets, achievements, etc. šDesign new business operations structure and work with various functional teams to firm up the corporate strategy by leveraging data of user behaviors, trading behaviors, macro and industry insights. šMonitor and study the overall fintech industry development and to work with business development team to explore new opportunities.
What you will need
š3-5 years work experience, including time spent in product management, project management, business operation office, or other relevant experience in fast moving environment. šFluency in both English and Mandarin in reading, writing, and speaking is required. šStrong logical thinking capability to consume information and develop constructive and detailed project execution plans to solve real business problem. šProject management skills to interact with different stakeholders, to collect information, build up frameworks, and follow through the execution and monitoring of outcomes. šStrong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders, leadership team, and coworkers are crucial. šPassionate in financial technology industry and are eager to take new challenges to adopt market trends. šAppetite to take smart risks in a fast-moving fintech business environment. šTeam player who doesnāt mind to roll up your sleeves to do the day-to-day work. šExperience in fintech industry, such as payment or cryptocurrency is a plus. šExperience of implementing BI tools, such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI is a plus. šEducation from business administration or the relevant experience is a plus.
