Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Develop and refine sales processes to support business development goals and drive revenue growth. 📍Maintain and monitor sales pipelines, providing regular reporting and insights to inform strategic decision-making. 📍Manage pipelines for different products like “Pay with Crypto” and “Stablecoin Settlement” offerings. 📍Perform cold outreach to build out the top of funnel. 📍Handle inbound requests from existing channels. 📍Sell crypto and stablecoin products to existing Shift4 merchants. 📍Support onboarding and ongoing account management of crypto customers as needed. 📍Help provide feedback to inform strategy and direction of the crypto vertical.
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Years of experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree. 📍5+ years of experience in account management and/or inside sales. 📍Experience with crypto and stablecoins (personally or professionally). 📍Self-starter and able to work with limited daily supervision. 📍You have to be interested in working in a startup-like environment. 📍Shift4 is a large company but our business unit operates much more like a startup so you have to be ready to be flexible and adaptable to the changing priorities.
