Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Monitor customer accounts for delinquencies and engage with customers and Sales to resolve payment issues 📍Ensure timely adherence to escalation procedures for past due accounts 📍Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies 📍Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes 📍Analyze delinquent accounts and provide regular feedback on root issues 📍Provide customer service regarding collection issues, review and process account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies 📍Reduce delinquent accounts and monitor collections blockers 📍Creating and issuing invoices, processing and applying payments, creating and understanding reports, and performing reconciliations on customer accounts
Minimum Requirements
📍3-5 years of experience as a Billings & Collections Specialist 📍Have a strong knowledge of billing and collections procedures 📍Experience working in NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or other cloud-based ERP/CRM systems 📍Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office 📍Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively 📍Strong communication skills 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
