Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
đź“ŤOwn the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration. đź“ŤWrite clear product specs and user stories with an API-first mindset. đź“ŤPrioritise initiatives using data and customer feedback. đź“ŤCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. Monitor product KPIs and track success đź“ŤCommunicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Your Profile:
đź“Ť3-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, in fintech, payments or crypto. đź“ŤProven track record of shipping successful products from concept to launch and post-launch iteration, with a portfolio of products or features that have made a measurable impact on key business metrics. đź“ŤDeep understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working with agile methodologies đź“ŤTechnical literacy is a must. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively with engineers and understands technical concepts like APIs, data structures, and system architecture. đź“ŤExceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. đź“ŤYou should be comfortable with product analytics tools and have a track record of using data to inform your roadmap. đź“ŤExperience in conducting user research and A/B testing.
