Job Summary
Tasks and Responsibilities
📍Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure current and future talent needs are met 📍Source candidates using various platforms 📍Screen and interview candidates via phone 📍Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews 📍Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates 📍Arrange interviews and support the hiring manager with coordinating schedules for interviews 📍Ensure a positive end-to-end interview experience for all candidates 📍Liaise with hiring managers to ensure you have regular progress updates 📍Provide feedback to all candidates
Requirements
📍Thorough knowledge of the IT industry, recruiting, and market trends 📍Knowledge of Boolean searching and a great understanding of how and where to source suitable talent 📍Able to build credibility and strong relationships with candidates in order to grow your network 📍Able to build strong relationships within the team and with upper management or stakeholders 📍Ability to think creatively to source passive talent 📍Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is nice to have 📍Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 📍Effective communication skills at all levels 📍Flexible and able to work under pressure 📍High-energy and passion 📍Ability to work autonomously 📍Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) 📍Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
