Job Summary
Responsibilities
šIndependently responding to potential and existing customersā technical queries
šDelivering tailored demonstrations to match the different requirements of potential clients
šUnderstanding and communicating the wallet infrastructure requirements of the potential clients
šProviding in-depth technical presentations on new and existing product features to existing clients
šWorking closely with the Business Development Directors and other internal stakeholders in the same or other time zones throughout the sales process like Onboarding team, Engineering team, Customer support, build out a rapport of seeking & providing timely support to each other
šAiding the overall GTM strategy of the sales team in standardizing or templatising the solutions
šGathering feedback from potential and existing clients on product improvements, and communicating the findings to the product and technical teams
šDevelop and maintain guides and other technical documentations in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.
Requirements
šMinimum 2+ years experience as an accomplished Solutions Engineer in B2B crypto/blockchain organizations. šPrior experience in integration of Blockchain based wallet infrastructure or Web3 applications, is an added advantage šClient facing experience is a must Talented in storytelling and presenting technical demonstrations. šCapable of engaging in strategic and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization. šAble to communicate effectively technical knowledge and terminology to technical and non-technical audiences šConfident, direct and concise communication and presentation skills šIn-depth understanding and hands-on experience at SOAP / REST APIs, Postman, SDKs, distributed systems, databases, and programming languages & tools like Python, Javascript, Typescript, Linux or Mac, CI/CD tools, GIT šUnderstanding and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, is an added advantage šFluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English šExperience in blockchain wallet infrastructure and/or custody is not mandatory but will be preferred šExperience with creating guides, architectural diagrams and technical documentation. šBe able to work in fact paced and agile environment, and flexibility to adjust to the changing priorities šFocused on self-development and quick learning to keep pace with organizational or macro level changes
