We believe access to stable money is a human right. Almost two billion people around the world don't have a safe place to store their money or are excluded from financial services such as payments and credit. Struggles with inflationary currencies prevent families and communities from building basic economic security. To help solve this, we created the Reserve Protocol, a free, permissionless platform on the Ethereum mainnet and Base L2 to build, deploy and govern asset-backed currencies referred to as “RTokens.” RTokens are always 1:1 asset-backed, allowing for permissionless minting and redeeming on-chain by users without the need for any middlemen. RTokens are over-collateralized and by default governed independently by RSR stakers in a fully decentralized manner. 📍You’re obsessed with social media and know IG, TikTok, and X/Twitter algorithms inside and out. 📍You are ahead of trends, memes, and viral moments and know how to make brands stand out. 📍You have 2-4 years of experience running brand social accounts (crypto, fintech, or tech a plus). 📍You are crypto-curious at a minimum, if not already a reply guy, deep in the trenches. 📍You’re creative, witty, and understand how to craft high-engagement content. 📍Located in NY or CA
What You’ll Do
📍Manage & grow Reserve’s social media presence across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Telegram. 📍Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to maximize engagement and follower growth. 📍Ideate and launch viral content & campaigns that resonate with crypto and non-crypto audiences. 📍Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous organic growth. 📍Engage with the community in a way that feels authentic, timely, and impactful. 📍Execute brand collabs with influencers and other crypto-native brands. 📍Stay on top of trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across all platforms.
