Job Summary
Duties/Responsibilities
📍Active Community Interaction: Monitor and actively engage with comments, mentions, and direct messages across all primary channels (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram). 📍Conversation Starter: Proactively start conversations, ask insightful questions, and encourage user-generated content. 📍Feedback Loop: Collect user feedback, sentiment, and common questions, and relay this crucial information directly to the Product and Marketing teams. 📍Daily Monitoring: Manage daily activity reports focusing on sentiment and key interaction trends.
Required Skills
📍Experience: 1+ year experience in a role focused on social media engagement, community management, or customer interaction. 📍Communication: Excellent written English communication skills. You must be witty, professional, empathetic, and quick to respond. 📍Platform Fluency: Comfortable navigating and managing multiple social platforms and community hubs (Discord/Telegram experience is a big plus). 📍Proactivity: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and take initiative to solve community issues or spot engagement opportunities without constant supervision.
