Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šOrganise & rename visual files needed for Ad implementations task. (Images, videos, gif,...) following our internal guidance. šCreate Asana tickets containing all information necessary for the go-live of a campaign. šUpload Ad creatives across platforms, ensuring the proper tagging. šMonitor campaigns performance on a daily basis to guarantee delivery and suggest improvements. šGenerate ad-hoc reports on performance or creatives. šRun competitiveness analysis. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams on creative production, planning and execution. šMonitor industry trends and developments in advertising, while consistently implementing best practices. šMaintain an in-depth understanding of the company's target audience, product offerings, and advertising objectives. šEnsure campaigns are aligned with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. šA minimum of 1 years of experience running Ads on META, TikTok or X. šGood Analytical mindset, results are quantitative. You need to have curiosity for data and understanding ads performance metrics. šCPI, CPR, IPM, VTR are important terms, if you donāt know what they mean donāt apply or learn them before your first interview. šExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. šAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
