Job Summary
What experience/skills will you need?
📍We seek a candidate with a deep passion for trademark law who possesses the following abilities: 📍Legal expertise in trademark law - profound understanding of trademark law, ideally across multiple jurisdictions, including the registration process, classifications and registrability thresholds 📍Research and analytical skills - exceptional ability to conduct comprehensive searches using various trademark databases and tools to identify potential conflicts with existing trademarks; analytical skills are crucial for interpreting search results accurately and assessing the risk of trademark infringement 📍Team-oriented mindset and ability to lead junior colleagues - guiding and mentoring team members, managing workflows, and ensuring that searches and clearances are conducted efficiently and effectively 📍Attention to detail, strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset 📍Business-oriented mindset and eagerness for continuous learning 📍Fluent in English (C1 level)
