Job Summary
You Have:
đź“Ť4+ years of professional software development experience. đź“ŤStrong understanding of design principles and best practices. đź“ŤExperience with frontend technologies and component-based UI frameworks (e.g., React). đź“ŤExperience with accessible design and development, a plus if that includes WCAG guidelines. đź“ŤExcellent communication and collaboration skills - this role requires a lot of cross-org collaboration and support of other internal customers. đź“ŤAbility to work independently and as part of a team. đź“ŤA keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces. đź“ŤExperience working with or contributing to a design system is a major plus. đź“ŤA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
You Will:
đź“ŤHelp drive systematic changes for how we build UI đź“ŤPartner with feature developers to ship gold standard UI implementations đź“ŤCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products. đź“ŤPartner closely with designers to translate design concepts into functional, high-quality Luau code.
