About the company
Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.

Job requirements
šMore than 3-7 years of DevOps/SRE experience, and more than 2 years of production-level K8s experience (including upgrade, troubleshooting, and tuning). šProficient in a mainstream CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins) actual combat. šFamiliar with Helm/Kustomize, container image optimization (multi-stage build, SBOM, image signature). šMaster Linux/network basics, scripts (Bash) and a back-end language (either Go/Python). šExperience in operation and maintenance of blockchain nodes: main network/test network deployment, data catalog and snapshot, upgrade and rollback, monitoring and alerting. šBe familiar with Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager and EFK/ELK/Loki, and understand OTel. šStrong security awareness: Secrets management, CVE governance, mirroring and dependency scanning, minimum authority principle (RBAC). šStrong communication and collaboration skills, good at writing runbooks, Playbooks, change plans and review reports.

šOperate multiple concurrent on-chain services (wallet, payment, matchmaking, cross-chain bridge, data indexer, etc.). šFamiliar with the Ethereum client (Geth/Nethermind/Prysm/Lighthouse), Solana/Move ecosystem or Layer2 (OP Stack, Arbitrum, zk series). šLearn about service mesh, zero trust, eBPF, WAF/anti-DDoS, Sidecar/native proxy acceleration. šExperience in SRE system (error budget, capacity and reliability governance, chaos engineering). šHave a background in FinTech/compliance (audit trail, change compliance, data sovereignty, PCI DSS awareness).
