Job Summary
On an Average Day, You’ll Be Tasked With…
📍Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non-technical roles. 📍Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. 📍Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market. 📍Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency. 📍Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives. 📍Data-Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.
What You Bring to the Table
📍5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, covering both Technical Roles and Non-Technical roles. 📍Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies 📍Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies. 📍Experience in fast-paced environments 📍A data-driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies. 📍CET Timezone preferred - or the willingness to be flexible when needed 📍Previous experience within the Cryptocurrency or Blockchain space (preferred)
