Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies šŸ“Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit šŸ“Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline šŸ“Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding šŸ“Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process šŸ“Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent šŸ“Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition šŸ“Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization šŸ“Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) šŸ“Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field šŸ“Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role šŸ“Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills šŸ“Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
