What You’ll Do:

📍Own the product lifecycle: From conception to launch and beyond, you will define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our Web3 ecosystem. 📍Drive the roadmap: Translate complex user needs and business requirements into a tangible, prioritized product roadmap. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally: Work deeply with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure products. 📍Analyze and optimize: Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our offerings remain competitive. 📍Communicate strategy: Act as a key liaison, effectively communicating progress and priorities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

📍Experienced PM: You have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion spent in the Web3, crypto, or fintech space. 📍Web3 Expert: You possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts) and major public chain ecosystems. 📍Infrastructure Savvy: You are familiar with non-custodial wallet infrastructure (EOA, MPC, AA), cross-chain protocols, and DeFi concepts. 📍Technically Minded: You have a strong technical background, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex technical challenges. 📍Leader and Communicator: You have a proven ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced environment and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric products.
