Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing:
šResearch and identify hot projects in the NFT/Defi space for our marketplace & discover products šCompetitor analysis and market research of the market to ensure that we stay competitive in the market šCapture the most cutting-edge projects, explore innovative schemes as part of influencing the product strategy & planning of product roadmap šMarketplace & Discover product design. Plan, organize and deliver new products and features according to business needs šConduct user research and data analysis, ensuring the best user experience for the web3 marketplace
What We Look For In You:
šBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. š5+ years of product management experience, preferably with experience in scaling up growth/marketplace products šStrong grasp of user growth, user experience, and backend logic. šStrong understanding in Web3/Defi, preferably a user of Defi/Web3 products. šExperienced in leading and managing cross-functional teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills. šCurious with a strong ability for self-learning, open to exploring innovative projects for driving product growth. šExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and present ideas effectively.
