MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

📍Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus (5) five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. 📍Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field plus (3) three of related work experience. 📍Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in all of the following: 📍Product Management; 📍Improving performance and experience by leveraging Tableau, Jira or Salesforce; 📍Turning business and customer or user needs into technical requirements, and vice versa; 📍Writing product requirement documentation to specify what needs to be built for the product; 📍Outlining API requirements and workflows; 📍Cross-functional leadership, including influencing globally distributed teams, coaching and mentoring peers, and driving program level improvements to existing products and services; 📍Working with payments, financial technology, or traditional finance; and 📍Experience growing digital platforms’ users and revenue.
