📍Product vision & strategy: Define and articulate the vision for our Web3 wallet, aligning it with company objectives, evolving regulations, and global market trends. 📍Roadmap ownership: Build and manage the wallet product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and business value. 📍Execution & delivery: Drive the end-to-end delivery of wallet features, account abstraction flows, and integrations. Own backlog management and ensure smooth execution with engineering and design. 📍User experience: Champion exceptional UX/UI standards, embedding user research and feedback loops into product development. 📍Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to translate requirements into product specs and successful launches. 📍Market insights: Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and differentiation strategies. 📍Metrics & outcomes: Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, usability, and performance; refine strategy based on insights.

Qualifications

Required experiences 📍5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in blockchain, fintech, or consumer technology. 📍Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 wallet design, and digital asset market trends. 📍Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products at scale. 📍Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams. 📍Excellent written & verbal English; able to communicate product vision, write crisp specifications, and influence stakeholders across teams. 📍Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
