Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
đYou will lead Internal Tooling and will be highly connected to internal stakeholders and leaders to build tooling that will considerably increase the velocity of business operations. đWork closely with Compliance, Customer Support, Operations and the Management on solutions and roadmaps đWork in collaboration with the engineers, designers and business leaders to design, develop and deliver back and middle office products. Lead our Back Office product đUse and manipulate internal stakeholders' insight to build products that matter and prioritize in an effective way. đSolve problems and simplify complex issues by drilling into details and the technical aspects of our systems and processes to deliver targeted solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
đAt least 5-7 years of experience building back or middle office tools for internal stakeholders in the financial field with ideally some understanding of CS and Compliance flows, or as a compliance PM. đYou are an owner, Blockchain.com PMs cover key areas of the business and have an outsized impact đExperience in large-scale consumer-facing Fintech đA proven track record of shipping products in a technical environment and working with developers and designers on a day-to-day basis. đStrong technical skills and experience with analytics platforms and using data to make informed product decisions. đExcellent verbal and written communication skills to write thorough feature requirement documents and work with stakeholders and upper management. đExperience of compiling and executing implementation timelines and project roadmaps. đA background in engineering or computer science is a plus, but not essential.
