Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDefine and deliver innovative products and incentive programs that grow and delight users and align with our business and partner goals. šCollaborate with product leaders, engineers, designers, data science, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and product requirements that drive outcomes. šLead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product and feature releases. šDrive cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies, including priority management, sprint planning, product shaping, and release coordination. šChampion user-centered design principles and ensure that products meet or exceed user needs and expectations. šSupport product marketing in the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, user incentives, and marketing collateral to successfully launch and promote products. šAnalyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation. šGather and prioritize user feedback and data to drive continuous product improvement and optimization. šMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. šFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team and broader organization. šStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Requirements
šProven experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, or similar role, with a track record of driving successful consumer-facing product initiatives from 0-1. šProven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and drive rapid alignment and delivery of successful product launches. šStrong understanding of product development principles, methodologies, and processes. šAbility to be adaptable and thrive in a fast paced environment. šExperience with agile development and project management. šStrong creative thinking and strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives. šExperience collaborating with designers on user research, user experience design (UX/UI), and usability testing. šExcellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to inform product decisions.
