What are the role responsibilities?

📍Lead the Fintech & Exchange Roadmap: Define and execute product strategy across integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure that help fintechs and exchanges embed onchain services into their platforms. 📍Champion the Customer: Build deep expertise in fintechs and exchanges, understanding their needs around compliance, custody, and user experience. Translate those needs into products and partnerships that deliver measurable value. 📍Drive Adoption of Onchain Services: Launch and scale products that make it easier for enterprises to offer yield, trading, payments, and other onchain financial products to their users. 📍Partner with the Ecosystem: Collaborate and coordinate with DeFi protocols, infra providers, custodians, and chain operators to accelerate ecosystem growth. 📍Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, BD, design, and marketing to bring new products from concept to launch and iterate quickly.

What skills do you bring?

📍Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance apps, or centralized crypto exchanges. Direct experience with onchain/DeFi products is a strong plus. 📍Customer-Driven: Strong ability to engage with enterprise partners, uncover pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements. 📍Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working across custody, wallet infra, and protocol integrations to inform product decisions. 📍Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of fintech product mechanics (e.g., trading, lending, payments) or exchange infrastructure. 📍Collaborative & Adaptable: Thrives in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and rapidly developing regulatory landscape 📍Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills; able to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 📍Mission-Aligned: Belief that blockchains can make financial services more open, efficient, and accessible to anyone.
