Responsibilities

📍Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop product strategies for Financial Earn Product. 📍Identify user pain points and propose solutions that fit well with market demand, supported by data. 📍Analyze data and monitor the performance of the product post-launch, and formulate iteration plans. 📍Lead efforts by collaborating with tech teams such as engineers and designers to achieve set objectives. 📍Keep up to date with the latest trends around Financial Earn by constantly researching competitors and market demands. 📍Key focus on front-end interaction, user growth, and improving the conversion rate by optimizing user experience and implementing data-driven strategies.

Requirements

📍At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain industry. 📍Proficient in project management skills, exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively. 📍Logical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks. 📍Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a pro-active mindset. 📍Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. 📍Strong understanding of finance product and loans is an added advantage. 📍Growth Product experience is preferred. 📍Experience with data analytics platform such as Sensor Analytics is a good to have.
