Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Survey the market and work with customers and internal stakeholders across Engineering, Growth, Operations and Compliance to craft a compelling vision and product strategy for our B2B Onboarding and Activation experience.
📍Mobilize a dedicated engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute on the product roadmap needed to achieve our product goals.
📍Engage regularly with existing and prospective users to collect feedback through all phases of the product life cycle.
📍 Lean on your leadership and communication skills to drive action across technical, commercial and regulatory stakeholders.
About you
📍6+ years of product management experience at a high-growth technology company. 📍 Demonstrated success getting buy-in from cross-functional teams on your product vision and strategy in written and verbal communication forums. 📍 A demonstrated ability to make effective product prioritization decisions with imperfect information. 📍Demonstrated success partnering with design teams and working directly with users and user-facing teams (Operations, Customer Success) to collect and synthesize product feedback at all phases of the product life cycle. 📍Deep partnership with engineering teams on highly technical platform problems.
