Job Summary
Responsibilities
šResearch into competitors and using client feedback via Sales and šCustomer Support teams to identify product gaps and opportunities for the exchange šWork closely with engineering teams to optimise execution of the product roadmap šRegularly launch new products and features, followed by assessment of performance and further iterations. šOverseeing and owning the full delivery from idea generation to execution, ensuring there is collaboration with the relevant teams throughout the business (FinProd, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Legal etc.)
Qualifications
š5+ years of Product Development / Management experience within trading, financial products or FinTech space. šBachelors or Masters Degree (Sciences, Engineering preferred) šAbility to translate customer needs into business objectives and product requirements šExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills šStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills šDerivative trading knowledge is required šCandidates with less experience will be considered for a Product Manager level position
