šAs the Senior PM for Crossmint Wallets, you will play a pivotal role by: šLeading End-to-End Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycleāfrom ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch iterations. šDriving Strategic Product Thinking: Define the complete user journey across Crossmintās suite of products, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class experience. šData-Driven Decision Making: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous product improvement and innovation. šCompetitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and align our product offerings with Crossmintās mission, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of the crypto space. šCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that resonate with our users and adhere to our high standards.
Required Experience
šYou are a seasoned product leader with a deep understanding of both product management and the intricacies of the onchain world. You: šBring Web3 Expertise: You have hands-on experience in the web3 space and understand its technical and market challenges. šExcel in API-First Design: You have experience architecting and delivering API-driven products and developer platforms. šHave 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in driving product success.
