What You'll Do
📍Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp’s card and billing platforms 📍Drive high-velocity execution with a world-class team of engineers and designers, balancing principled intuition with data-driven decision making 📍Marry customer insights with technical possibilities, crafting intuitive user experiences that abstract away complexity 📍Help thousands of finance teams on Ramp more successfully manage their finances by expanding the capabilities of our product 📍Prototype rapidly using tools like Cursor and Bolt to accelerate the product development lifecycle and fast-forward to production-ready products. 📍Stay deeply plugged into AI research, industry trends, and emergent applications, filtering signal from noise and applying it creatively to Ramp’s product
What You Need
📍BA/BS in a technical or analytical field 📍Minimum 3 years product management experience 📍Strong customer empathy and design thinking 📍Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions 📍Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
