As a Senior Product Manager for Booking and Market Expansion, you’ll help shape the future of retail investing by driving the evolution of our securities trading platform. Your mission is to make investing in ETFs and stocks effortless, transparent, and engaging — delivering a seamless, reliable experience for thousands of investors while operating at the intersection of technology, regulation, and capital markets. You’ll also play a pivotal role in bridging traditional finance and crypto, enabling clients to move seamlessly between securities and digital assets, explore hybrid investment opportunities, and experience a unified platform that connects on‑chain and off‑chain worlds.

What you'll do:

Own & Drive: Take full ownership of ETFs and stocks in your domain, ensuring execution and being the central source of truth. Strategic Roadmap: Connect front-end investing features with back-end brokerage infrastructure, aligned with company goals and customer needs. Clarity & Insight: Simplify complex securities and crypto flows, making them easy to understand across teams and clients. Market Expansion & Innovation: Lead strategic business development, unlocking new revenue opportunities and expanding into new markets. Custody & Booking Excellence: Shape custody, settlement, and transfer solutions, designing reliable, regulation-ready products that bridge traditional assets and crypto.   Who you are:

7+ years of product management experience in retail brokerage, trading, or investing platforms—ideally at a MiFID2 or regulated fintech or bank, with a deep understanding of capital markets, order execution flows, clearing and settlement, corporate actions and taxation Good understanding of market infrastructure including stock exchanges, market makers, custodians, and institutional intermediaries Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills and independent working style Strong communicator, able to translate complex regulatory, technical, and market topics into actionable product direction Collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating high-impact decisions in a fast-moving, regulated environment; passionate about making investing accessible and building an intuitive and easy to understand ETF and stocks platform for retail investors
