Responsibilities

📍Own feature development for Binance Square, including content creation tools for producers and interaction features for consumers. 📍Drive product roadmap execution from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless user experience for crypto content creators and traders. 📍Iterate on core product features based on user feedback and market trends. 📍Build and optimize operational tools and workflows that empower the content operations team to drive high quality content growth. 📍Develop content governance mechanisms and creator support features to maintain ecosystem health. 📍Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features and technical implementations. 📍Work closely with data science teams to analyze key product metrics, identify growth opportunities. 📍Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain product development velocity and strategic alignment.

Requirements

📍8+ years in content/community product management, preferably in social platforms or fintech. 📍Large-scale user product experience (Millions level DAU Product) highly preferred. 📍Experience with creator economy or social trading platforms is a plus. 📍Strong product design and planning capabilities with expertise in user experience design, feature. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach. 📍Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. 📍Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving crypto industry environment.
