Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement the BaaS (banking as a service ) product growth strategy. šManage the product throughout its entire lifecycle. šCollaborate with development, sales, support, accounting, and other departments. šAnalyze the market, competitors, and target audience needs. šDefine technical requirements and specifications for the development team. šEnsure product quality and compliance with market requirements. šMonitor and analyze key product metrics, optimizing processes accordingly.
Requirements:
šExperience working with B2D (business-to-developer) and financial products. šDeep understanding of BaaS, API interfaces, and the ability to work with them. šExperience in creating clear and competitive API documentation. šAbility to manage not only the development team but also business teams (sales, implementation, support, accounting). šExcellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships within the company and with partners. šExperience working with data and making data-driven decisions.
