Responsibilities

📍Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Coins.ph’s mobile app (iOS and Android), from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration. 📍Define and execute a product roadmap focused on improving conversion rate, user activation, retention, and transaction success. 📍Collaborate with design, engineering, data, compliance, and marketing to deliver seamless user experiences. 📍Lead app updates and releases, ensuring smooth deployment, feature adoption, and bug resolution. 📍Analyze app funnel data and KPIs to identify pain points and prioritize impactful product improvements. 📍Drive A/B testing and experiments to optimize onboarding, KYC flows, payment flows, and key transactions. 📍Translate user insights, competitive research, and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories. 📍Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while balancing usability and innovation. 📍Act as the voice of the user, advocating for simple, intuitive, and engaging app experiences.

Qualifications

📍5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing mobile applications. 📍Proven track record of improving conversion rates, user engagement, and retention in consumer-facing apps. 📍Strong analytical skills; experience with data-driven product decisions, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. 📍Familiarity with fintech, payments, or crypto products is highly preferred. 📍Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact. 📍Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
