Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“Ť Design core DEX features (e.g., Swap & Bridge) and drive product iterations đź“ŤWrite PRDs and coordinate with development, design, and operations teams to ensure efficient product delivery đź“ŤOptimize trading routes, enhance user trading experience and success rates through data analysis, and improve user retention đź“ŤStay updated on security and compliance, working closely with the technical team to mitigate security risks
Requirements
đź“Ť3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in Web3 / DeFi / DEX đź“ŤFamiliar with AMM, liquidity pools, cross-chain bridges, and blockchain fundamentals đź“ŤCapable of independently writing PRDs, experienced in agile development and requirements management đź“ŤStrong data analysis skills, understanding of blockchain infrastructure, and familiarity with Solidity / EVM ecosystem to communicate effectively with technical teams đź“ŤFluency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with overseas clients/partners.
