šCreate a roadmap for several critical CCIP initiatives šStrategize and execute on the roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful integration šCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure effective stakeholder communication šStay updated with the crypto consumer landscape, including DeFi and NFTs, to inform product strategy and improvements to the CCIP Explorer šUtilize your technical proficiency in blockchain technology to ramp up quickly on CCIP and cross-chain bridging capabilities
Required Experience
šBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline š5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of managing complex product launches and engaging with many cross-functional stakeholders šStrong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams šProven experience in launching and growing consumer products in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry šIn-depth knowledge and experience with web3 and blockchain. Ideally having built protocols, at the very least, having used them actively šDemonstrated ability to work seamlessly across different teams, particularly Marketing, to drive product growth. šStrong stakeholder communication skills, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and integrators
