Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for TW's products and features. šLead user research efforts to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences, using findings to inform design decisions. šCollaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. šMentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills. šWork closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency. šActively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's design processes and outputs.
Qualifications
šCommercial web3 experience in Product Design is a must have experience for this position š5+ years full-time Product Designer experience š3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps šKnowledgeable and interested in Web3 space šCollaborative and open minded
