What You'll Be Doing

📍Define product experiences that simplify financial services and foster transparency. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to conceptualize and bring innovative product ideas to life. 📍Create user flows, interactions, and experiences that are intuitive, consistent, and optimized across web and mobile platforms. 📍Drive the development of the Uphold Design System to ensure a unified approach to product design. 📍Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences. 📍Utilize service design methodologies to enhance the end-to-end user journey and overall service ecosystem. 📍Demonstrate technical knowledge to create white-label systems and APIs for scalable and customizable solutions. 📍Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions. 📍Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Required Qualifications

📍Minimum 8 years of design experience at consumer-focused tech or media companies. 📍Strong online portfolio showcasing your design skills. 📍Proficiency in designing for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop) using tools like Figma, Sketch, etc. 📍In-depth knowledge of UX best practices, including user research and accessibility. 📍Fluent written and spoken English.
