Industry Insight: Knowledge of portal, B2B, and B2C product landscapes.

What You'll Be Doing:

📍Ensure visual and brand consistency across Genies.com, the Developer Portal, and Artist Portal. 📍Create interfaces that seamlessly bridge the gap between developer experiences and the platform. 📍Deliver designs that are not only pixel perfect but also well-thought-out architecturally and intuitive for users. 📍Gather feedback from various stakeholders, making informed design decisions that result in beautiful, user-delighting outcomes. 📍Lead collaborative brainstorming sessions with design, engineering, and product teams, integrating diverse perspectives. 📍Tackle complex design problems, simplifying them into a thoughtful roadmap from MVP to the North Star. 📍Conduct user studies on both new and existing features to gather valuable insights. 📍Utilize a user-centered design process to create user stories, personas, flows, design mockups, prototypes, and specifications for complex projects. 📍Contribute to, shape, and advocate for the product design vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with user-centered practices and operationalizing processes. 📍Work closely with teams across Engineering, Product, Art & Animation, and Senior Management to achieve cohesive outcomes.
