What are you going to do?

📍Our client is building the software that builds the world. They provide cloud-based construction management software that helps clients more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centers, airports, housing complexes, and more. They have worked hard to create and maintain a culture where you can own your work and are encouraged and given resources to try new ideas. 📍Our client is looking for a Senior Product Designer. This is a unique and highly analytical and creative role, requiring strong UX design experience in leading and delivering all design aspects of a usable software product, including field experiences where users work from mobile devices and apps. You are expected to present your work in critique and to cross-functional stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback. 📍Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts for our cloud-based applications. 📍Develop high-level, detailed storyboards, sitemaps, mock-ups, user maps, and prototypes to effectively communicate and articulate complex ideas and reach a shared understanding. 📍Leverage the patterns, content, and solutions created by our Design System, Content Strategy, UX Research, and DesignOps teams. 📍Work as an embedded member of a cross-functional agile product development team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Product Designers. 📍Design solutions to allow users to leverage QR codes on a construction job site to more swiftly perform relevant tasks and access information about a given area. 📍Articulate design decisions to a variety of audiences, including tech leads, clients, and project owners. 📍Create solutions to allow users to capture video on the jobsite through our app. 📍Collaborate with the Product Owner or stakeholders, to create high-level and detailed design requirements and make sure the implementation aligns with the vision.

What will help you succeed

📍5+ years of experience designing world-class apps with a strong portfolio of design work. 📍Provide an online portfolio of work to review with best-in-class work and inspiring projects that tackle interaction design problems, including native mobile applications. 📍Strong proficiency with leading design tools - Specifically Figma. 📍Strong client-facing communication skills, having the ability to articulate design decisions to a variety of audiences, including tech leads, company leaders, project owners. 📍Experience dealing with large data sets and many digital objects (supporting different business processes) that often relate to one another and have a lot of metadata associated with them.
