Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and implementation. đź“ŤDevelop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all products. đź“ŤWork closely with product managers and engineers to translate technical insights into user-friendly experiences. đź“ŤCreate intuitive dashboards, data visualizations, and interactions that simplify complex risk and analytics data. đź“ŤConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on real user needs. đź“ŤDesign and prototype responsive, high-performance interfaces optimized for both web and mobile experiences. đź“ŤEstablish and document best practices for UI/UX design, setting the foundation for future design hires. đź“ŤCollaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure visual consistency across all company touchpoints.
Requirements
đź“Ť4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in fintech, crypto, or data-heavy applications. đź“ŤStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design - from research to execution. đź“ŤExpertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. đź“ŤExperience designing data-rich dashboards, analytics platforms, or financial applications. đź“ŤAbility to translate complex data and technical concepts into intuitive and engaging user experiences. đź“ŤStrong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and component-based design. đź“ŤComfortable with user research, prototyping, and usability testing. đź“ŤUnderstanding of front-end development principles - HTML, CSS, basic React knowledge is a plus. đź“ŤAbility to work independently, take initiative, and define the design culture in a fast-growing team. đź“ŤExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. đź“ŤPassion for DeFi, Web3, and the future of decentralized finance.
