What you’ll do
📍Drive end-to-end design of key features across our banking tools and experiences 📍Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate our user experience 📍Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Content, and Research 📍Contribute to and evolve our design system for banking products 📍Help set the standard for design craft and product excellence across the team
What you bring
📍5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio 📍Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent spaces 📍Experience taking products from concept to launch 📍Strong systems thinking and the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems 📍Bonus: Prototyping and motion design skills to bring interactions to life
