Job Requirements:

📍8+ years of product design work experience 📍5+ years of product design experience with B2B SaaS products that are of deeply technical nature 📍Expert level knowledge of common design patterns, tools and frameworks 📍Expert level knowledge of common UX research patterns and techniques 📍Intermediate understanding of user personas within cloud practitioner, web developer and DevOps engineers 📍Intermediate understanding of Product-Led-Growth (PLG) strategies as they relate to product design 📍Experience using Github 📍Working understanding of cloud services like AWS, GCP and Azure 📍Working understanding of the differences between IaaS and PaaS services as well general workflows of each 📍Familiarity with CI/ CD workflows, monitoring and observability 📍Willingness to work “in the open” (Akash Network is “radically open source”) 📍Ability and willingness to play around with new developer tools as a way of building knowledge and inspiration for designs

Nice to Have:

📍Current or recent experience as a designer at a cloud infrastructure, cloud services or PaaS company 📍High level understanding of how web services and applications work 📍Familiarity with micro services and container based applications.
