Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

📍Build, evaluate and manage partnerships that deepen Taxbit’s product offerings globally 📍Drive new partnership opportunities from business case development to deal structuring, negotiation and successful contract execution 📍Engage a prioritized set of partners at their most senior levels, including the largest accounting firms, to create thought leadership exchange and deep awareness of Taxbit 📍Present and clearly articulate TaxBit's value proposition and market strategy to partners globally in order to generate new leads and referrals 📍Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects 📍Communicate a deep understanding of Taxbit’s partners across the company 📍Define and execute against metrics for success, iterating overtime as we learn what works 📍Demonstrate operational rigor, focusing on scalable and repeatable processes that drive measurable results

Required Qualifications

📍10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or corporate development 📍Strong understanding of the crypto / blockchain industry and key players is preferred 📍Knowledge of tax information reporting or experience working for, or partnering with Big4 is a big plus 📍Intellectual curiosity with a strong interest in learning Taxbit’s tax and accounting solutions 📍Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally at all levels 📍Strong negotiation skills for commercial deals and new product initiatives 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills 📍Comfort navigating a fast paced work environment in a market category that’s evolving rapidly 📍Willingness to travel as needed
