Key Responsibilities
📍Operational Strategy and Execution 📍Design, implement, and optimize operational processes that align with our business objectives. 📍Continuously identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline workflows across teams. 📍Partner with leadership to align operations with Quidax’s vision and strategic goals.
What You Need to Have
đź“ŤExperience: At least 5 years in operations, project management, or a related role, ideally in fintech or technology startups. đź“ŤEducation: A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.
