We also created the index behind the worldās first crypto industry equities ETF. We focus on serving investment professionals ā financial advisors, family offices, hedge funds, endowments, foundations, and others ā the people entrusted to look after the capital and savings of individuals and institutions across the country. We provide education, partnership, and professionally managed investment products tailored to this groupās needs, to help them build their view, pick their strategy, and get their exposure. Job Summary
What You Will Do:
šHelp drive marketingās data strategy, ensuring that we have the data that we need in the places that we need it to drive marketing objectives. šTrack and report on the performance of integrated marketing campaigns, deploying models and dashboards used in forecasting, CAC, LTV, and ROI measurement. šSupport high-priority marketing data analytics initiatives such as lead scoring, account mapping, and attribution models across marketing channels (content, events, social, paid media, etc.) šHelp to optimize Bitwiseās full MarTech stack (including Salesforce, Pardot, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Seismic, and Mode). šManage email campaigns including deployment. šPlan and execute email campaigns with marketing automation capabilities, including dynamic content, subscription types, active lists, and workflows. šDrive improvements in campaign and email performance by standardizing plans for AB testing and optimization. šManage our tags, maintain fields, and ensure data consistency across our Web CMS and campaign assets. Youāll govern the usage of web, email, event, social media and document metadata for optimal engagement scoring. šLiaise with the Engineering team and content owners to help project manage website updates and improvements. šWork closely with internal sales enablement team to ensure lead lists are clean and formatted for timely upload šSupport Bitwise literature updates to print vendors and ensure timely deliveries for the Sales team. šBe a team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you can.
Who You Are:
šYou have a bachelorās degree or equivalent. šYou have 5+ years of combined experience in marketing and operations/analytics roles. šYou have 2+ years of experience building and maintaining dashboards. Mode and Mixpanel experience is a plus. šYou have 2+ years of hands-on admin experience in marketing automation using Pardot. šYou have first-hand familiarity with how Salesforce and Pardot is leveraged by marketing and sales organizations. šYouāre fluent at manipulating data through sorting, filtering, pivoting, grouping, data visualization, etc. šYou have strong knowledge and understanding of paid media, email, and social media analytics and optimization. šYour first-hand experience with agile project management (sprints, scrums, etc.) is a plus.
