Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Design brand and marketing assets across all digital channels: brand, social and paid 📍Collaborate with the brand, creative and paid teams to ensure seamless visual continuity between brand and marketing projects 📍Conceptualise and translate complex ideas (crypto, trading, investing, staking) into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences aligned with brand guidelines. 📍Produce visuals and storyboards for the video team to animate and edit 📍Propose, test and iterating on new design formats based on performance insights 📍Establish and build relationship with the cross-business partners and stakeholders 📍Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance production (image, video)
Requirements
📍5+ years of experience as a graphic designer (agency, in-house, or startup), with a strong emphasis on marketing design. 📍A strong portfolio showcasing both systematic design work (brand guidelines, component libraries, template systems, documentation) and high-quality creative execution (campaigns, paid, social, etc.) 📍Experience designing for fast-paced marketing teams 📍Ability to take ambiguous briefs and turn them into clear, compelling visual solutions 📍Strong organisational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects with tight timelines.
